By using the NameFiddle website, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms of Service.

NameFiddle makes a reasonable attempt at determining whether a domain name has been registered as well as recommending similar names that have not been registered. However, NameFiddle is not an ICANN accredited domain registrar and does not guarantee the accuracy of the query results we provide. We do not make any guarantees that a specific name is or will be available for registration at a given time. Users should confirm availability of a domain, including both the second level (i.e. name) and top level (e.g. .com) domains, with an ICANN accredited domain registrar.

NameFiddle only attempts to provide information about whether a domain has been registered. Users are responsible for gathering any additional relevant information before pursuing a domain registration including but not limited to information about trademarks and copyrights.

NameFiddle has links that lead to other websites which are governed by their own terms of service. In particular, NameFiddle provides links to domain registrars. We do not provide domain registration services. Users who follow links from NameFiddle to a specific domain registrar are subject to the terms of service for that registrar. NameFiddle is not responsible for the products or services purchased from or provided by any domain registrar, nor are we are able to assist with any matters related to such products or services.

As a user of NameFiddle, you agree only to use the website manually with a standard web browser. You may not use programmatic means of accessing NameFiddle including but not limited to browser automation and direct api requests.

As a user of NameFiddle, you agree not to republish substantial amounts of information either copied directly from this site or derived from query results generated on this site. You also agree not to republish data derived from results generated on this site.

NameFiddle may impose reasonable limits on the number of queries a user can perform. Users who attempt to exceed the limits may be blocked from using NameFiddle temporarily, and in some cases permanently.

Minors - NameFiddle is not for individuals under the age of 18 (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction). If you are a minor, you may only use the service with the permission and supervision of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to these terms on your behalf.

Disclaimer - We do not guarantee that your use of this website will be timely, error-free, or uninterrupted. We make no guarantees about the accuracy of the information obtained through the use of this website.
